Proposed First‑Year Agenda

A clear, credible path to a working partnership.

Four phases, moving from an initial point of contact through to a debrief that sets the calendar for years to come. Our goal: a credible annual platform with clear protocols and measurable impact.

The Bigger Picture

This year sets the compass for every year after.

The goal isn’t a single successful event — it’s a durable, repeatable relationship. Year one proves the model; every year after refines it.
